'I wanted to change the world. But I have found that the only thing one can be sure of changing is oneself.' said Aldous Huxley.

In this performance I had my arms tattooed - truly and permanently. It is a tradition of one who does not want to forget. A tradition of a constant rebirth. To tattoo faithfulness, to tattoo velocity, readiness in action. To tattoo the continuity of a philosophy. The philosophy of defining existence.

This performance took place in Sala do Veado (Deer Room), in Lisbon's Natural History Museum, on the 29th of March 2010.
