cyborg’s lament is a bilingual edition, featuring texts written in portuguese and english, featuring original texts by bonneville written during the research and creation process of the performance the importance of being alan turing. the book serves as a complementary project to the performance, offering a deeper exploration of the ideas that informed it: the creation and re-creation of bodies, and their identification through and with technology.
