ur ma was an electronic rock band based in lisbon, established in 2007. the band’s initial lineup included blackbambi on vocals and keyboards, mwing h on drums, o manipulador on bass, alongside peter shuy on guitar, who later parted ways with the band. their self-titled ep debuted in march 2008, later reissued with two additional tracks in 2009. the song “run macho man” featured on the novos talentos fnac 2009 compilation. the band extensively performed live across portugal until 2010 when they disbanded to pursue individual projects.
